How do I insert arrows on an image in photoshop cs3? - images of an arrow finger pointing as where to get help
I must add arrows of medical imaging. In addition, suggestions on how to change the arrows (change color, size, etc.) may be welcomed.

You do not need to read the entire tutorial, just read Step 5 and Step 6 Instead of choosing a note, you can choose, and an arrow in any direction you want!
Click the line tool, it could be in the form of a square, circle, etc.., Directly under the text tool. Click on the tool "Custom". Then scroll down arrow and select the desired setting and capture the image. Then use the Fill / Gradient tool to change the color. To change the size, Ctrl + T. Then, stretch and turn to your liking.
