Just recently, I can not send videos as they have time and stop buffer large buffer after one or two minutes. This happens on my laptop and desktop computers. I laugh at anime, and other TV series like heroes. However, I can transfer videos from a few players. For example: "Live Video. I do not know if I missed it when bandwidth or block an opportunity for me, my ISP streaming video or something. I do not think I locked because in several places (NWAnime, Wisevid, Zshare , Kumby).
